SIXTH FORM CLUBS & ACTIVITIES
Many Sixth Form students take responsibility for organising a number
of clubs and activities for younger students...
Nature
Club
The Nature Club began running regularly with sessions at school on
Mondays. During such sessions, we informed secondary students on more
humane means of treating animals and global living conditions of
animals. We did so using available resources such as the internet,
magazines and videos.
It wasn’t long till we decided that we could fully use the potential of
Seychelles’ environment and we began organizing field trips which were
met with much enthusiasm from the secondary section.

Seychelles Through Little Eyes
After only one week, The Seychelles Through Little Eyes Club went to
our very first outing to the Botanical Gardens. Seychelles is known for
its famous and endemic plants. Students know the famous Coco-de-Mer
however we want to show them that there is more to just the coco de mer.
Therefore, a visit to the Botanical Garden appeared to be quite in
order.
So we set off, chattering in a long green line down the Mont Fleuri
road towards town. And so we began our little afternoon quest to explore
and learn about the pure, natural beauty which surrounded us.
